Make the Peanut Butter Frosting: Beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla, mixing until fluffy.
Assemble the Cake: Spread peanut butter frosting between each cake layer and then frost the entire cake.
Prepare the Galaxy Glaze: Heat cream until just simmering, pour over chocolate chips, and stir until smooth. Divide glaze into separate bowls, add different food coloring to each, then swirl them together lightly without fully mixing. Pour over the cake for a galaxy effect.
decorate: Top with mini peanut butter cups, star sprinkles, and edible glitter for a cosmic finish.
Notes: For a richer taste, use dark chocolate cocoa powder in the cake.
Chill the cake slightly before applying the glaze for a smooth finish.
