Frozen Chocolate Banana Bites
Sweet, creamy banana slices dipped in rich chocolate and frozen to perfection – the easiest, healthiest little snack or party dessert!
Ingredients:
2 large ripe bananas1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
¼ cup crushed nuts (peanuts, almonds, or walnuts) – optional
¼ cup sprinkles, shredded coconut, or mini chocolate chips – optional
Instructions:
Prepare bananas – Peel and slice bananas into ½-inch rounds. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip bananas – Using a fork or toothpick, dip each banana slice halfway (or fully) into melted chocolate.
Add toppings – Sprinkle with nuts, coconut, or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
Freeze – Place coated banana bites on the prepared sheet and freeze for at least 1–2 hours until firm.
