1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Parboil Components:
Boil potatoes, eggs, and corn for 10–12 minutes in salted water until tender. Boil lobster tail separately for 5–6 minutes until red and cooked through. Set aside.
Sear the Sausage & Shrimp:
Sauté sausage slices in a hot pan until browned. In the same pan, quickly sear shrimp (1–2 minutes per side) until pink and just cooked. Set all aside.
Make the Sauce:
Melt butter and oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté briefly. Stir in paprika, Cajun spices, chili flakes, Old Bay, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Let bubble 1–2 minutes until flavorful.
Cook Noodles:
Boil ramen noodles in seafood broth for 2–3 minutes. Drain most of the liquid, leaving a small amount for saucy consistency.
Assemble the Bowl:
Place ramen in a deep bowl. Arrange shrimp, lobster, sausage, corn, potatoes, and eggs on top. Drizzle spicy butter sauce generously. Garnish with parsley.
Pro Tips:
Add crab legs, scallops, or mussels for extra flair.
