Indulge in these rich, fudgy brownies swirled with Nutella and studded with Kinder chocolate, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients:
• 140g (10 tablespoons) unsalted butter
• 250g (1 1/4 cups) sugar
• 65g (3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs (cold)
• 65g (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
• 75g (2/3 cup) chopped walnuts (or other dried fruit of your choice)
• Nutella for swirling (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
Melt the Butter: In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
Add Eggs and Vanilla: Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in the cold eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts or dried fruit.
Add Nutella: Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spoon dollops of Nutella over the batter, then swirl with a knife. Pour the remaining batter on top and repeat the Nutella swirling.
Bake the Brownies: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool and Serve: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares and enjoy these decadent treats!
