Mango Graham (Refrigerator Cake)
Ingredients:
• 2 packages plain graham crackers (or petibör crackers)
• 2 cups cold cream (heavy cream)
• 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (or 1 can of cream + 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar)
• 3 ripe mangoes (sliced into large pieces)
• For topping: Biscuit crumbs + a few mango slices

Preparation:
1. Slice the mangoes into thin, wide pieces.
2. Whip the cream until thick. Then mix in the condensed milk (or sweetened cream).
3. Line the bottom of a rectangular baking dish or mold with a single layer of biscuits.
4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture on top, then place the mango slices.
5. Continue layering in the order of biscuits – cream – mango.
6. Cover the top layer with cream, sprinkle with biscuit crumbs, and garnish with mango slices.
7. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight, so the cookies soften and the cake sets.
