Family-Sized Bakery Pudding
Ingredients:
700 ml milk
2 cups sugar
1 cup wheat flour
3 eggs
1 package shredded coconut
2 tablespoons margarine
Caramel:
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup water
Preparation Instructions
Caramel:
In a saucepan or directly in the mold, mix the sugar with the water and heat over medium heat until golden brown.
Pudding:
Blend all the other ingredients and pour the mixture into the caramelized mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 1 hour.
