Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 3/4 cup sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup sour cream
– 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
– 1 cup mini chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
Preparation Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
4. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream, then fold in melted chocolate and half the mini chocolate chips.
5. Pour mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
6. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
7. Before serving, spread chocolate ganache over the top and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
