🧁 Basic Recipe Outline
Ingredients:
Cheesecake:
• 300g cream cheese (softened)
• 150g dark chocolate (melted & cooled)
• 100g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 100 ml sour cream or heavy cream
Cream Filling:
• 200 ml heavy cream (cold)
• 100g powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Base (optional):
• Crushed chocolate cookies or graham crackers + melted butter

Instructions:

1 Prepare the base (if using): mix crushed cookies with melted butter, press into mini cake tins or molds, chill.
2 Make the cheesecake batter: beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth. Add eggs one by one.
3 Stir in melted chocolate, vanilla, and sour cream.
4 Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the base.
5 Add a dollop or layer of cream filling (whipped cream + sugar + vanilla).
6 Cover with remaining cheesecake batter.
7 Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 40–50 minutes until set but still slightly wobbly in the center.
8 Cool completely, then refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
9 Decorate with extra whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or berries if you want!
