Cheesecake Banana Pudding Bites
Creamy Cheesecake Meets Classic Banana Pudding in Bite-Sized Treats
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Banana Pudding Layer:
1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
1 ½ cups cold milk
1 cup whipped topping
Optional Garnish:
Banana slices
Crushed vanilla wafers
Whipped cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter. Press a spoonful into the bottom of each liner to form crust.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon onto crusts, filling halfway. Bake 12–14 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
Prepare banana pudding mix with cold milk. Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon banana pudding mixture over cooled cheesecake bites. Chill for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with banana slices, whipped cream, or wafer crumbs before serving.
