Blender Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS – Dough
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup hot milk
1/2 cup hot chocolate powder
2 cups wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder (Royal)

 PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

– In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, and oil. Add the milk and hot chocolate powder, and blend a little more. With the mixer on, add the flour and finally the baking powder, then turn off. Bake in a greased baking dish at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Finish with the topping and, if desired, top with granulated chocolate.
INGREDIENTS – Topping
1 box (395g) of condensed milk
1 small box (200g) of cream
2 tablespoons of hot chocolate powder (or 4 tablespoons of Nescau)
PREPARATION METHOD
– Mix everything together and heat, stirring constantly until it forms a coating (not too firm, as it will thicken after cooling).
