BANANA AND BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE 🫐🍌
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup milk (can be almond, oat, or whatever you prefer)
1 teaspoon honey or sweetener to taste (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Ice to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the ingredients: Peel the banana. If you prefer a colder texture, you can freeze the banana and blueberries beforehand.
Blend: Place the banana, blueberries, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and a few ice cubes in the blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately. Garnish with fresh blueberries or banana slices.
